If you’ve forgotten your username for Horizon Client (VDI), the quickest fix is usually to reach out to your IT or helpdesk team since they manage the domain accounts tied to the VDI environment. In most setups, your Horizon login is the same as your corporate domain username, so if you can still log into your regular Windows account or email, that’s often the same credential. Some organizations also sync Horizon with Active Directory or Entra ID, so checking those portals can help you confirm your username.
If you have access to the Horizon Client login screen, sometimes the domain field will hint at the format (like DOMAIN\username or ******@domain.com). If you’re still stuck, your IT team can reset or remind you of the correct account they’ll have the authoritative list.
